Industrial absorbents that contain clays (silicates) or diatomaceous earth (amorphous silica) may represent a health hazard.

Effective
Gran-sorb granular absorbent retains the liquids it absorbs and holds it in place until clean up is complete. It is non-abrasive, non-scouring, wind resistant, and safe for use on floors and all other work surfaces.

Highly absorbent
Gran-sorb loose granular absorbent soaks up spills fast and continues to work even better when allowed to absorb in place for just a few minutes. It can be used on oils, solvents, coolants, solutions, lubricants, and most types of non-aggressive liquids.

Gran-sorb absorbent has a weight-to-weight absorbency of one-to-one (1:1). 30 pounds of Gran-sorb granular absorbent will absorb 30 pounds of oil. This is equivalent to about four gallons of oil.

Environmentally responsible
Gran-sorb universal absorbent is made from EPA certified inert materials. It contains no crystalline silica or other hazardous components – minimizing exposure to people and environment alike.

It is also biodegradable and returns to elements naturally occurring in the earth.

It is packaged in heavy-duty 30 pound bags for easy shipment; 65 bags fit onto a standard pallet, and 1365 bags fill a truck.

Upon request, Gran-sorb granular absorbent can also be shipped in one-ton bulk tote bags for repackaging or special applications and can also be shipped on pallets in small and large overseas containers.
